Focus: Revolved Side Angle
Poses To Know: Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Lunge, Plank, Downward Facing Dog, Revolved Triangle, Warrior 2, Chair Pose with Twist, Upward Facing Dog, Lunge Twist, Revolved Side Angle, Child’s Pose, Seated Forward Fold, Corpse Pose
Breath Awareness: 1:2 Breathing (longer exhales…for example, count inhale for 2, exhale for 4)
Running Time: 1hr and 8mins ( a little classroom banter starts this )

Joe, Loved the twisting in yesterday’s practice at Sonic! As Spring is coming in and the weight of Winter is lifting, I feel the need to start cleaning and refreshing from the inside out. Twists are such a great way to start to feel that awakening in the body. Thank you!
