Empower Yoga


EMPOWER YOGA is my approach to yoga.  It is not a new yoga style. The focus is to learn how to gain control of the mind and body through the use of physical postures, breath work and meditation.

EMPOWER YOGA follows these three principles:

  • Yoga is a life long learning process and my teachings fully embrace what you bring to the mat today and will peak your curiosity about the mind and body.
  • Your smile (attitude) is an essential element of your practice. Your time on the mat will be fun. When you are joyful, it opens the mind and heart to essential growth and learning.
  • My teachings bridge the gap between life on and off the mat helping you slowly shift your perspectives and open you up to new paths and opportunities.

The ultimate goal of EMPOWER YOGA is to hug life in a big way and to inspire you to live your life with health and contentment.
